Tasks
- Taking on classic assistant tasks
- Coordination of internal meetings such as deep dives, conferences for top management or meetings of the management team
- Supporting the preparation of board meetings and presentations (e.g. for conferences, universities, partnership meetings)
- Coordinate selected external meetings involving top management together with strategic partners or other stakeholders with the aim of increasing the CEO's external reach
- Support internal and external communication by proactively suggesting topics and corresponding communication channels to ensure the required transparency within the organisation
- Overall responsibility for newsletters and other communication with the organisation in close coordination with the Managing Directors
- Responsible for all logistics related to EIS Germany
Qualifications
- Completed training as an industrial or office clerk
- High motivation and willingness to perform, discipline and team play
- Extensive practical experience in the field of coordination and organisation
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- User knowledge of SAP R/3
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
