Responsiblities

  • Define technology standards to ensure IoT connectivity of generation assets and metering devices
  • Work together with EIS engineering functions and the supply chain team to implement IoT standards for assets to be installed in future projects
  • Develop a roadmap to improve IoT connectivity of the existing asset base, in close cooperation with regional EIS units
  • Define business requirements for EIS gateway and drive scaling of EIS gateway
  • Design and implement IoT enablement program for regional EIS units
  • Support data engineers in setting up cloud-based data infrastructure

Qualifications

  • University Degree in IT or engineering discipline
  • Several years of operational experience in designing, installing or operating OT systems, asset automation, or IoT protocols
  • Experience in an asset-heavy industry, ideally in the energy industry
  • Outgoing, integrative personality with a can-do attitude
  • Good stakeholder management, being able to build bridges between people
  • Fluency in English and German in written and spoken
