The Team – your impact
As a Change Manager (f/m/d), you will be at the forefront of enabling our DevOps IT transformation. Your mission is to design and implement impactful change management formats that foster a cultural shift, empowering teams to embrace DevOps principles and practices.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Design Change Management Strategies: Develop innovative approaches to guide individuals, teams, and the organization through the complexities of DevOps adoption
- Create Engaging Formats: Design and facilitate workshops, communication frameworks, and change enablement tools to inspire alignment and action
- Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT leaders, HR, and transformation teams, to align change efforts with organizational goals
- Promote Cultural Alignment: Act as a catalyst for embedding DevOps values such as collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization
- Monitor and Adapt: Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, gather feedback, and refine approaches to ensure sustained success
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Proven experience in designing and executing change management strategies within IT or DevOps transformations
- Strong facilitation skills, with a track record of designing and leading workshops and creating impactful communication tools
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across departments such as IT, HR, and organizational transformation teams
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and cultural drivers such as collaboration, agility, and transparency
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust approaches based on feedback
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring teams and fostering alignment at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in English, with experience working in a multicultural and dynamic environment being a strong advantage
