Responsibilities

Representation of Grimme's interests as 50% partner in the Indian joint venture Shaktiman-Grimme
Creation of long-term strategies and derivation of targets
Monitoring operational performance using KPIs and initiating measures in the event of deviations
Monitoring of the market and promotion of marketing and sales activities
Identifying potential savings in production and supply chain to ensure competitiveness

Qualification

Several years of experience in strategic sales, manufacturing processes and supply chain optimization in India
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Economics, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technical field
Experienced in inspiring and guiding people and teams through collaboration, partnership, and communication rather than formal authority
Strong intercultural competence and ability to navigate Indo-German business dynamics
Native speaker of Hindi is a must. Business fluent in English
Willingness to be based in India or travel regularly to and from Germany
