About the role
- Participation in projects to shape group-wide data protection topics through research, creation of presentations, employee training and other awareness measures in German and English.
- Management and care of IT applications such as data protection management software and administration of the intranet and internet presence.
- Support of the Group Data Protection team in office management (e.g. appointment coordination, purchasing, preparation and follow-up of meetings and events, business trips).
- Coordination of necessary internal and group-wide agreements as well as quality assurance and optimisation of processes.
- Support in the preparation of decision papers for the top management of the RWE Group in German and English.
Job requirements and experience
- Commercial training with several years of professional experience; alternatively a degree with initial professional experience and a high affinity for IT, process management and regulation.
- Organisational skills, strong hands-on mentality and the willingness to proactively drive topics forward and rethink processes.
- Confidence in dealing with different stakeholders.
- Confident handling of common Microsoft Office products (primarily PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams).
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
Advantageous, but not essential
- Ideally experience in data protection.
- Expertise in the area of data protection and IT security.
