The Team – your impact

As a Digital Technology Rollout Manager (f/m/d) you will be working in mission-critical areas and support E.ON's digital transformation programs to empower us on our way towards a digital-first energy company.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

  • Facilitating stakeholder communication and decision-making, ensuring transparent reporting across all stakeholders and moderating discussions between central and local teams

  • Supporting the delivery of alternating strategic rollout projects across the E.ON group across all rollout phases from conception to deployment

  • Coordinating the rollout and hands-on supporting rollout-related topics from requirements specification to data harmonization, migration, testing, cutover and training & change

  • Engaging in the development of our Rollout Service offering at Expert Services supporting in build a knowledge repository, support in recruiting activities and opportunity origination

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

  • Completed academic degree in Business, IT, or a related field

  • Proven ability to coordindate and manage rollout tasks working in large IT projects (> 1m €) with functional leadership responsibility

  • Experienced in consulting environments with good problem-solving and effective communication skills

  • Technology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce

  • Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Teamsl

  • Business fluency in German and English is absolutely mandatory

  • Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy sector and the grid business
