We are looking for…
We are looking for an Energy Transition Architect who will learn from and with us everything needed to conceptualize, implement and steer projects that drive the energy transition.
You will start your journey in our Commercial Programming department where you will be trained and equipped with important tools and skills around business model innovation, organizational development and technological readiness. This will enable you to continue your journey through different areas in Customer Solutions in Germany but also abroad where you apply your skillset working in different kind of projects in Customer Solutions.
Your tasks
- Identify and execute key strategic projects that improve our Customer Solutions Business and help our customers manage the transformation
- Drive specific programs in different countries across energy´s hottest topics like eMobility, hydrogen, Future Energy Home and green city solutions (e.g.: energy recycling and sharing)
- Help our businesses in taking stock to analyze the current state and structure their future path of business development, based on sound data and performance management
- Contribute to a culture of sharing best practices as a trusted enabler of cross-regional cooperation
- Be an ambassador of the energy transition we drive by organizing events and communicating via different channels (e.g.: podcasts, LinkedIn posts, etc.)
Your profile
- University degree (commercial, business administration, technical subject or comparable)
- First working experience is a plus not a must
- Analytical skills to structure information quickly, derive conclusions and establish effective as well as efficient solutions
- Solution and customer-oriented thinking
- Hands-on mentality, having fun to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment
- Acting with a sense of urgency, striving for excellence
- Fluent in English, German is beneficial
