Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for steering the first level customer service for our Network Operating Centre (NOC), ensuring a positive customer experience when charging in the high-performance charging network of a large OEM
  • You are responsible for performance management with our external and internal service center service providers, KPI tracking and the initiation of measures in the case of deviations
  • You define E2E processes within our NOC, ensuring a smooth collaboration between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level service organization
  • You help us to further improve our service quality, as well as our operational excellence
  • You contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business

Your profile

  • University degree with a focus on electrical engineering, business or a comparable professional training
  • Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry
  • Several years of experience in the area of process improvements and steering of customer service organizations
  • Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English – additional languages are a plus
  • Can do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area
