Your 18-month development program within the Functional Unit Finance includes:

• Take the chance and build your professional network across the Group at regular events and connect with great personalties.
• Get to know the entire cycle of the finance world and start in one of the following areas: Operational Finance, Financial Controlling & Reporting, Financial Planning or Financial Analysis.
• You can expect tasks ranging from the preparation and support of audits to projects in the controlling teams month-end closing leading to the rolling forecasts, the implementation and development of data models and dashboards in Power BI
• We support you with an extensive range of trainings throughout the program. You and your mentor will decide, based on your interests, which team will benefit from the skills you have acquired.

Upon completion of the program, you will further your career within our company.

What you should bring:

• A degree with above average academic performance in business administration or equivalent, ideally majoring in finance
• Relevant practical experience (internships) in accounting, controlling or finance International experience would be a plus, e.g. internships or studies abroad Willingness to travel and be based in our various international locations Interested in complex topics and have strong problem-solving ability
• Motivated to accept challenges and deliver impressive results
• Very good language and communication skills in German and English, further languages are beneficial
