We are the internal service provider for IT infrastructure at RWE, a leading company in the energy sector that already generates a high level of renewable energy and is characterised by innovation and quality. The IT infrastructure sector is in a constant state of change due to new technologies such as cloudification, AI and cyber security solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and competent employee (m/f/d) to coordinate tasks between the IT infrastructure area and the areas of committee work, works council, audits, data protection and cyber security.

Your tasks:

• Coordination and harmonization of tasks between the IT infrastructure area and the areas mentioned.
• Point of contact (POC) for the Works Council in IT-related matters.
• Support with internal and external audits.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection guidelines and cyber security standards.
• Presentation of complex issues in an understandable form for non-specialists in German and English.

Your powerful skills

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Friendly demeanour: The ability to communicate with customers and colleagues in a polite and respectful manner at all times.
• Empathy: Ability to put yourself in other people's shoes and understand their perspectives and needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way.
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.

Advantageous

Several years of professional experience in the areas of IT infrastructure, data protection and cyber security.

• Experience in working with works councils and committees.
