The Team – your impact
The Team of 6 Human Resources Business Partners and 5 HR Administrators are ensuring that both operational and strategic HR BP tasks are effectively delivered to our clients: the around 1.800 managers and employees of E.ON Digital Technology.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Providing leadership and direction to a team of HR BPs and HR Administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the business goals and objectives of EDT
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services, including employee relations, performance management, compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and employees, building strong relationships and providing expert HR guidance
- Overseeing talent management processes, including succession planning, career development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Leading and supporting change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- In-depth experience of progressive HR practice and solid leadership experience within a large, complex organization
- Proven ability and experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and business proximity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once and work effectively under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of German employment laws and regulations
- German and English fluently
