HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to key business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain strong communication with employees and management
- Proactively address HR-related challenges and provide solutions
- Support change management initiatives to facilitate organizational growth and development
- Willingness and openness to take responsibility for projects or sub-projects, as well as to play an active role in supporting project initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3 to 4 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change
- Fluent German and English skills. Additional language skills such as Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Polish, Finnish or Danish, even at an intermediate level, would be an advantage
