Primary purpose of the role:
The IT department maintains all computers, servers and storage systems, access authorizations and IP telephony. It is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/ configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
Please note this is 100% on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:

1st and 2nd level support for employees regarding IT issues
-
User administration (setup/ maintaining accounts) for different systems

Maintains network and VoIP system

Administers employee workspace relocations by setting up workspaces with appropriate hardware, and handles troubleshooting as appropriately

Other job-related duties or special projects as required
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
-
Hands on experience of installing IT hardware, software, user help desk and IT infrastructure

Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 and the current Windows and Mac OS operating system environment as well as the administration of Active Directory

Good organisational skills and time management

Fluent German (C1 and higher) and good English language skills (B1 and higher)

Good communication skills and enjoy working in a team
