Riverty is looking for a Junior Assurance & ICT Third-party Manager to join our expanding CISO team in our regulated payment institute. This role supports the Assurance & ICT Third-party Management Lead in conducting internal and external audits with crucial ICT vendors, while also assisting in maintaining vendor partnerships to ensure performance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assurance Support: Assist in scheduling and conducting audits and assessments, covering business continuity, and information security. Support Riverty’s audit defense for resilience-related matters
  • Vendor Assistance: Collaborate with vendors to align their services with Riverty’s needs. Ensure ICT vendors comply with contracts and maintain performance discussions. Monitor vendor performance against service levels and KPIs
  • Risk Monitoring: Enhance Riverty’s risk management using insights from assurance and vendor management. Assist with third-party risk management tasks
  • Contract Support: Work with Corporate Legal to standardize contractual frameworks. Help draft and negotiate contracts with ICT vendors and ensure compliance
  • Team Support: Assist the team in handling audit processes and vendor relationships efficiently, fostering improvement and regulatory adherence

Qualifications:

  • First experience in resilience-related domains (e. g. information security or business continuity)
  • First experience in vendor management and assessments, contract negotiation, and performance management is a plus
  • Familiarity with audit processes and organizations or a keen interest in them
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of or interest in data security and privacy protocols 
  • Motivation to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment
