We are looking for a Project Office Corporate Academy (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. If you are interested, please apply online.

This position will be part of our coporate academy, which is called "CS Universe-ity". It aims to upskill the 20.000 colleagues within Customer Solutions on the competencies to excel in delivering the strategic ambitions of the segment.

Your Tasks:

  • You are responsible for the overall project management and execution
  • You develop and continuously improve the PMO processes and methodologies specifically monitoring and control of projects
  • You set up and steer meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • You define goals and objectives for the PMO team and engage in continuous KPI and impact measurement
  • You provide support and advice to Project Lead in decision making and give guidance on strategy execution
  • You keep an eye on project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective use of resources
  • You identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies
  • You ensure engagement of all stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular project updates

Your Profile:

  • You have a degree in Business Management or similar or at least 5 years professional experience in consulting or project management
  • You are excellent in strategic planning and organization
  • You have a problem solving mindset and you are ready to inspire others
  • You are strong in research and analysis and in monitoring and evaluation
  • You have strong interest in Learning & Development and you are ready to walk an extra mile
  • Your Co-workers like your appreciative style of communication and valuable way of working
  • You are fluent in English and German any other language is a plus
