We are looking for a Senior Controller Valuation & Financial Analysis Hydrogen (f/m/d) to join our Finance, Controlling & Risk team. If you are interested, please apply online. You will be responsible for…

• Delivering valuation for business opportunities – setting up of financial plans and financial modelling of business cases
• Evaluating of contracts & investment opportunities and contracts along the whole value chain
• Identifying and analyzing project sensitivities, and delivering of actionable insight to maximize commercial value and mitigate risks
• Supporting due diligence for projects and contribute to deal negotiations and development of contractual agreements
• Being the financial partner, challenger and commercial advisor to Green Gas business leaders ensuring they have the right information and analysis available to grow the business on a commercially viable basis
• Consulting on financing solutions and respective structuring
• Providing input to mid-term planning
• Preparing documents & presentations to senior management on business plans and investment opportunities

Your Profile

• Commercial & financial skills, backed by a degree in business administration, finance, economics or the like
• Several years of professional valuation and financial modelling experience, incl. the ability to setup financial models from scratch as well as in-depth familiarity with valuation-related topics, in particular DCF valuation
• Knowledge of Green Gas or Hydrogen domain is of advantage
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a pragmatic spirit, an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude – proven by tangible examples of delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment
• A high level of personal integrity, reliability and ownership as well as enthusiasm for working and winning in an international team and developing yourself daily
• Passion for developing new business, with the ability to overcome challenges
• Flexible, ability to integrate into teams and to work independently
• Business proficiency in English is a must; German highly desirable
