Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, data experts and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and build operational data-driven solutions that have global impact and scale to all E.ON countries

Lead the development and enhancement of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using Python and FastAPI
-
You take responsibility in the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, define scope and deliverables with the business and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

You communicate findings, insights and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

You foster a collaborative and innovative team environment and mentor junior colleagues

You share your ideas and convince to go new ways
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

You have extensive professional experience in data science positions and a consulting background

You have extensive hands-on experience in building end-to-end data solutions

Expertise in LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
- In-depth knowledge of RAG architectures and their application in AI/ML scenarios.

You have experience with software development best practices, including version control, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, automation and testing

You have good experience with our technology stack which includes various Azure services, Databricks, Python, Spark, Gitlab

You have excellent communication skills engaging various stakeholders matching the audience

Fluent in English and German
