Your powerful skills

• Very good experience with ServiceNow Catalogue Management preferably with a corresponding certification
• Experienced in planning, organising and coordinating all catalogue-relevant meetings and work processes
• Willingness to take responsibility for the service catalogue and ensuring that all data relating to service requests is available when required
• Understanding of the dependencies between service requests, the service portfolio taxonomy and the related service offerings.
• Willingness to further develop existing processes and to represent them in the company
• You are able to describe technically adept requirements and coordinate them with the developer and the requester
• Very good language skills in English and German are essential in order to be able to carry out the tasks comprehensively

Advantageous

• Understanding of common ITIL processes and dependencies in a day-to-day work.
• Open for a dialogue with stakeholders across hierarchical levels.
• Experience in an agile development environment based on SCRUM
• First developer experience and use of developer tools as well as Flows and Workflows in ServiceNow
• Basic knowledge of the CMDB and its structures
