The team - your impact

The priority user support department is part of our user excellence division and provides excellent and individual IT support for approximately 400 priority users. Priority users include our supervisory board, board members, top executives, their personal assistants, and critical business functions such as crisis management.

Your role - meaningful & rewarding

  • Provide qualified IT support for priority users and their assistants
  • Onboarding new employees with internal and hardware equipment and support
  • Be creative in implementing new technologies in our daily business
  • Initial resolution of technical queries and analysing technical problems
  • IT Support in setting up and configuring software and hardware
  • Independent development of efficient solutions
  • Offering IT support during company events

Your profile - authentic & open-minded

  • Several years professional experience in IT support or similar technical support role
  • Good understanding of stakeholder support priorities and goals
  • Experienced in dealing with Windows 10/11, Microsoft365 and ideally also Apple MacOS, iOS, iPadOS
  • Ideally knowledge in Nexthink and experience with service management systems such as ServiceNow
  • Experience in troubleshooting notebooks, printers, and mobile devices
  • Excellent proactive customer and service-oriented way of working
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
