The Team - your impact

Our team delivers ready-to-use, state-of-the art XR & Web Experience platforms to the whole E.ON group. The fully supported platforms allow stakeholders to easily build appealing use cases for their customers - always in line with E.ON's corporate design and architecture, reliable, scalable and secure.

Within this area our team focuses on the following two platforms:

The Web Content Management Platform is a robust and scalable solution for managing and delivering web content across the E.ON group. It is based on market-leading technology Adobe Experience Manager and offers a range of features including asset management, content delivery network (CDN), and additional software-as-a-service (SaaS) components such as Captcha and Cookie Consent Management.
The Web Content Management Platform plays a crucial role in supporting the digital presence of the E.ON group and enables efficient management and delivery of web content.In addition our new Extended Reality Platform is a cutting-edge solution which enables the creation and delivery of immersive experiences using technologies such as Unity and Photon. With the Extended Reality Platform, stakeholders can develop interactive and engaging XR applications for various purposes like training, marketing or customer experiences.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

  • You take over the technical owner- and leaderships of our platform and related projects and guide implementing teams in understanding the solution design.
  • Translation of business requirements into solution designs, taking into consideration existing Enterprise architectural landscapes, standards, and processes.
  • Analyzation and optimization of solution architectures, provide implementation guidance, and steer technical decisions for our Groupwide Web Content Management Platform.
  • Responsibility for managing important platform KPIs in the areas of faster time to market, operations efficiency, quality improvement and system stability (eg stability, deployment frequency and website response times).
  • Regularly conduction market research to gather insights into industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences as basis for technical decisions that align with market demands and the requirements of our business stakeholders.

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

  • Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager or other leading WCMS like Magnolia or Contentful.
  • Familiar with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React and know how to build state of the art web experiences.
  • Experience in designing and architecting web frontend solutions considering factors like scalability, performance, security, and maintainability (cloud native architecture, enterprise infrastructure and architecture design).
  • Strong awareness of the importance of quality and be able to integrate quality standards and guidelines into the design process.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges and find optimal solutions.
  • Ecellent knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps culture and experience in Scrum or Kanban.
  • Advanced German -and fluent English language skills.
