We are looking for a Supply Chain Expert - Project Manager Sourcing Optimization (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.
As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role to actively steer high impact projects and work in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across the E.ON group.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive and steer high impact projects along the entire sourcing processes of E.ON's product and service categories in close collaboration with the business
- Develop and implement sourcing optimization initiatives to enhance the quality of supply chain processes
- Ensure goal-driven project management with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting milestones
- Collaborate with negotiation experts and category teams to refine sourcing approaches and strategies
- Structure and design target group-oriented communication on sourcing optimization activities and decision templates for the senior management
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field of study – we also welcome additional qualifications e.g. PHD or MBA
- Several years of work experience of hands-on project management experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management; alternatively, a consulting background with practical expertise in strategic procurement
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for problem-solving, as well as high-level project management expertise, capable of steering complex and interdisciplinary projects
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple changing priorities and projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, as well as the ability to work independently but also as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and German
