meaningful & challenging – Your tasks

  • Translate the business needs of EIS into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project boundaries and continuous development
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery and operations of one EIS digital product, including adherence to E.ON's architecture and security guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Business Product Owner to develop and implement a digital roadmap and rollout plan for cross-regional scaling
  • Define quality standards and monitor the EIS digital product to ensure stable operations, including the recharging model from a DT perspective
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and lead a DevOps team, providing mentorship, onboarding, and technical support to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Identify and prioritize non-functional requirements based on business value

authentic & ambitious – Your profile

  • Strong ability to work both independently and within a team, paired with excellent communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and experience with Scrum or Kanban
  • Several years of experience in software development and software architecture, including microservices and service-oriented architecture
  • Solid understanding of information security, data protection, and enterprise architecture principles
  • A business-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills to build and deliver digital solutions / products
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, with familiarity in DevOps culture and practices as an advantage
